Quote of the day:
"Our brains have evolved to keep us alive. They’re really good at being anxious, seeing the negative, and what can go wrong, and really bad at seeing the present moment just as it is."
~ Anthony Tshering, “How the Concept of Impermanence Can Help Anxiety-Ridden Millennials”

I quite honestly have nothing to say today that I haven't said already.  I could go on about the state of the world or the state of me, but why keep reiterating it?

So instead of subjecting everyone to the blogger version of Groundhog Day, here's a picture of Triscuit chilling out on the lounge chair next to my workstation

May we all achieve that level of acceptance of what is and will be while we enjoy the present moments!
