Quote of the day:
"How can I know what I think till I see what I say?"
~ EM Forster,  British novelist, essayist, and social and literary critic

When the alarm went off this morning, it interrupted a dream about flying.  I was on an airplane, and we were obviously in first class because it was a room with couches and chairs, and apparently a huge picture window, outside of which I could see a lovely landscape of forests and castles passing by.  Then, just as two off-duty pilots in full dress Scottish kilts uniforms showed up, joined our group, stowing their bagpipes under their seats, I was rudely thrust back into the workaday world.

Somewhere there is a series of comics about the future of airplane travel where coach travelers are given shots to make their bones flexible enough they can be folded and placed in compartments while first class passengers play golf during their flights.  I remember seeing it online and sharing it at the time, but Google failed me and I was unable to relocate it.

It's Monday.

It's the first business day of the month and the quarter.

End of quarter reports and reconciliations are due.

I wonder if there are pilots who actually dress in full kilt uniforms to fly planes/
